This is the official 2nd Chance app from Vermont Lottery! This app allows you to view information about eligible instant games, 2nd Chance drawings, and 2nd Chance drawing winners. You can also scan your instant tickets and draw-based jackpot game tickets such as Powerball® and Mega Millions®, etc. to preview your winnings and enter non-winning instant tickets into 2nd Chance drawings.

It is important to note that we do not accept wagers, bets, or payments of any kind through our website/apps and we only offer age-controlled products that are sold at authorized retailers within the state. Thank you.

The first time I used the app was a breeze, but that was where it ended. Since then, it's been "invalid barcode", so I go to manual entry, enter the proper digits (which are a different set of numbers than the official website) and I wait. And wait. And wait! I wait until I receive a "cannot connect to server" message, which is INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING! Going to Uninstall & stick to using only the website. The app serves NO functional purpose.

This app was good when it used to work...it was great using the scanner to check tickets for winners and submit for 2nd chance drawings and not have to manually enter them all. But now it's useless. Every time u try using it there is always a "communication error" and u can never actually submit any tickets to check for winners or to submit for the 2nd chance drawings. It's become a waste of phone memory. What actually does work can be easily done online instead of having to download an app.

App always been good but looks like your recent update messed things up. Ever since then I go to scan a ticket and it keeps loading and doesn't stop unless I back out of app completely. If I do get it to scan I can only do one ticket, back out, go back in and try another. Doesn't work every time though
