not sure if this is a known bug or not, but I sometimes get motion alerts with no preview, and when I click on them, it just says "Video is processing... It will be available momentarily" with the loading slanted bars "Processing" thing. they never end up loading (no matter how long I wait), and they disappear off the timeline when I exit the app and go back after a few minutes.

Video play back freezes so couldn't give 5 stars added a wifi extender didn't help. Signal is strong so what's up with that?Security cameras only work when there isn't a significant lag or freezing. Update: I bought cameras for security where I live. These cameras work occasionally and not when they should be picking up motion. My internet company checked to make sure the channel was automatically going to another channel when there was too much traffic on one channel so that can't be the issue.

This ring app was good for the past few months until about a week ago. Time stamps on all videos are exactly 5 hours ahead and there is no way to fix it. Have tried every single suggestion including uninstalling and reinstalling the app. The history list is correct, but when you go to watch the video the time stamp is 5 hours ahead. Fix this!! It would never hold up in court!!
