App does not work abroad. I used to have access when I was in the Philippines. When I moved abroad and when you updated your system, I lost all access, and no matter what I try (open a new account, log into my account, etc.), I only get a system error on your end. Imagine having zero access to your bank for one year while you are not in the country. It's a complete disaster. Oct 2024: still the same issue and they never reply to my emails 2 years later. Still no access to my bank account.

UP UNTIL now, I've been trying to enable the website banking. AND STILL I CAN'T. IT'S LIKE WHAT? OVER A YEAR ALREADY, NO UPDATE ON THE APP? THE ONLY THING THAT IVE BEEN DOING WHENEVER I OPEN THE APP WAS TO CHECK THE CREDIT BALANCE, NOTHING MORE. I CAN'T EVEN CHECK THE REWARDS FEATURE LIKE HOW CAN I REDEEM THIS. I CAN'T EVEN CALL AS I DON'T HAVE TIME TO AND CONFLICT WITH MY SCHEDULE. ARGGHHHHH. ...

Your app can't even distinguish between a rooted phone and one that isn't. Tried it on a newly bought Samsung, straight from the Samsung store, so I don't know why your app keeps detecting it as rooted when it isn't. Fix your damned app.
