Ratings and reviews

App has stopped working and doesn't allow login with existing user name and password. Strange the bank doesn't make it easy to use the app and blocks existing users - you already know the issue so please rectify this instead of asking for additional emails

We have request re-activate a company blocked debit card. Went to the branch 4 times to 1st visit: re-activate the card, 2nd register an initiator 3rd: get a digital access card, 4th: get a RAKToken. Until now nothing has happened. This is the worst I have ever dealt with. No proper instructions, poor customer service.

Easy Access, but could not download transaction slip individually.
