great when you can get drivers. problem is half the time cannot get a driver. They bait you in with free rydecoins and a seemingly good price. But their rydecoins is non-refundable and cannot combine with other payment methods. So you end up having to top up for the ride, then keep on no driver and surge so you need to top up more and more. Just topped up twice this morning to match the surge price and still no car! Switch over to Tada and got a car quickly and cheaper. Do not use rydecoins!

since 23Dec2025 till now, i am not seeing RydePool as an option in the app. i tried to contact the Help support, the message was submitted but when i go back to the help history it is not showing at all. i have submitted the query twice and still happended the same. is Ryde closing down???

Driver cancelled trip last min after 15 mins wait time even though with all the confirmation messages. It is unfair to customer who needs to rush for time to go to work. The app fast to penalise customers for short waiting time, how to about punishing drivers who cancel trips last minute that have wasted customer's time? Or compensate customers for the lost of time?
