I actually really like this game. super fun, nostalgic, and I'm enjoying all the variety in planets and missions. A lot of the glitches have gotten fixed, so it's gotten loads better. My #1 problem now is that all the purchase packages are insane. Like, who tf is going to buy a $100 purchase package?! I actually would love to support the game and buy stuff, but would it kill them to make them small??? Like lemme buy some latinum for $10. Or other small $2 -$5 purchase packages!

pay to play mechanics. The entire game revolves around the principle of " create a problem, sell a solution". this game would have been so much better, and so much more popular if cost it cost $15 to buy in the first place and everything was not a grind designed to get you to spend real world money... but in typical free to play, pay too. enjoy mobile game. fashion, Starfleet command ends up being no different. the only thing it has going towards it is that it doesn't have constant ads

The game used to be 5 stars for me. It ran smoothly up until about 2 weeks ago. Any time I go to claim rewards in the refinery, the game locks on me when I go to click "DONE" after claiming a reward. It shows that I'm clicking on the"DONE" button, but it does nothing. The only solution is to restart the game which takes a while. I've tried troubleshooting through the chat feature, but that did absolutely nothing. The game is fun, until things like this happen.
