Employees can:
· Receive real-time notifications of new and upcoming shifts
· Search and apply for shift opportunities
· Set times they are available (and unavailable) to work
· Request time off

Managers can:
· Create shifts and schedules in minutes
· View and approve hours worked
· Track daily and weekly overtime hours for labor compliance
· Monitor split shifts, call-in pay, and other wage compliance requirements
· Know who's available to work with availability management
· Communicate with employees via group and private messaging

No matter what I have set I can't get notifications to work. Ex someone sends a message I don't get it unless I open the app

When it works I love it. But the app closes an awful lot when I'm trying to edit the schedule.

Won't send my phone the text to set up an account.
