With Progress, organize photos, weight and measurements to review changes over time. Premium also includes a daily Amino AI question allowance; additional question packs are sold separately. The optional Biomarkers add-on requires Premium and adds lab-result tracking and trend views.

The optional Partner add-on requires Premium and supports separate inventories, protocols and logs for additional profiles under one account. Partner Biomarkers is a separate add-on that requires Premium and Partner Mode.

Make the app fit your routine
Choose light or dark mode, arrange navigation and use quick actions for the tools you open most. Import and export your records. Core tracking can continue offline after you sign in and save data on this device. Sign-in, recovery, AI, purchases, sharing and uncached photos need an internet connection. An account is required for regular use.

Built for research organization and record keeping. Research references are informational and need independent evaluation. Calculations use the information you enter.

Ratings and reviews

This is hands down the best pep tracking app. I downloaded several apps a few months back and used every one weekly, knowing I would eventually land on the one I wanted to purchase. After uninstalling them one by one, I ended up with SPT. The free version did 90% of what I wanted. I happily bought the pro version. I had a small support issue and they handled it SO quickly and efficiently. I can't believe the level of service. The best support I've ever had from an app dev. Download it!

Very helpful app and very reasonably priced. Quite a few options for setup, so it may take a minute to work through, but it didn't take long to learn. Really like the library being available and that I don't have to leave the app to look something up. Developer is very responsive and though there have been quite a few updates lately, it's to make it a better overall experience and doesn't bother me much. Would like to see an option to skip a dose so the day isn't just left as 'incomplete'.

I'm sold. This is the best tracker. Thank you for letting me know how to back date injections. I absolutely love this for track ability. Going to play around in it a little bit more. I'd love to be able to export my data (which might be a feature, I just need to check) to be able to provide to my coach or get insights via AI. But I absolutely think this is one of the better peptide trackers out there. If not, the best.
