Old version worked great. Now the cameras don't want to connect, app is slow, any features except live feed and recent clips are paid, and the cameras themselves are very poorly designed (battery life and wireless connection). Out of 3, only one of mine still works. Into the trash every single one. Spend the money on Reolink.

I can't watch my cloud playback anymore since the new app/update. It just loads forever. If someone stole off my porch I won't be able to see who it was or when because it'll just show me the loading screen forever. Its really disappointing when the other app worked so much better. Update7/13/25- the app started to work but then the app keeps signing me out and now it won't let me sign back in uninstalled and reinstalled, still can't sign in!! update 10/17/25 - no playback again!

10/18/25 Edit: I haven't been able to view the recordings from 1 of my cams for over a week. The quality of the cameras has declined. They keep becoming more difficult to use; they record long blocks of nothing but miss important events. They have never had sound. They freeze and crash more consistently than they record. This is our third year of paying for clips; we loved the system for the first year. We want to keep using it, but we need it to go back to being reliable and easy to use.
