Ratings and reviews

I've used this app for years and been very happy with it, even the updates were good improvements until recently. The last few months it's been having issues . After a transfer, it says error and won't reload the accounts, so I have to log out and back in sometimes up to 10 times in a row. Might update this later if it gets fixed.

It takes an incredible amount of time for any of the screens to load and some of them just won't load at all; eventually the loading circle graphic goes away and I get a blank screen. I've wasted so much time just trying to get pages to load. I've never experienced this level of lag with any other banking app. I would give the app more stars if it wasn't such a hassle simply to move money from checking to savings. I can't even add an external account because the page won't even open.

They recently added cloudflare and some other things and now it takes me a hot minute just to login and do my banking. they need to find a way to streamline their security procedures, and make it so it doesn't require me to input a text verification code every single time I log in (no it doesn't make a difference when I say "remember this device". no matter where I am it requires the text! I like MACU for banking, but their app is a bit slow and clunky compared to Chase, or Capital One, etc.
