Hello, first off I want to say I absolutely love the Christmas Tree and your app. But I've ran into a couple pretty big problems this year. The first one is when I've downloaded a preset design/pattern that I really like I get a error message. It won't even let me try it out, and definitely won't let me download it. That is such a bummer too because y'all have added so many cool designs/patterns that my kids really like and then we go to check one out and Bam, error. The other problem I'm havis

The last two years have been great, but this year has been awful. Same lights, but this year it took me four hours total to get three strands working. I had to set up a dedicated 2.4GHz network just to get the things on WiFi, and it took many, many tries with the setup flow in the app for each. Just awful.

app works but I have a few things to point out. I can't reset my password. the "forgot password" email never comes. I've checked spam inbox as well. you can only have one person using the app at a time. I can't add new emails to add users to my account. please fix this. I've opened a ticket with no response in the app.
