Ratings and reviews

It works, but it's so unorganized. It takes me 3 clicks just to clock in. My paystubs, weeks hours, internal job postings, pretty much anything you'd need at the ready are all buried under menu after menu. The app makes you set up a passcode (which I like) but it expires after 30 days. It also makes you change your password every so often which is extremely annoying. The first and foremost function of this app (for my business purposes) is to clock in and clock out but it makes it take too long.

Poorly developed app. There's too many click here, click there areas. When doing a "clock in" which is called "check in/out" you don't simply get to just check in, you have to select a couple of separate "correction" boxes that really shouldn't be there and there are even more when "clocking/checking" out. Ridiculous! What's more than that is that you don't get to see when your in/out times are unless going to a different screen. UKG Ultipro was a lot simpler and easier to use.

Overall, the training courses are good and valuable information, however, there are a lot of technical issues with this app. Two of the Courses will not even open. I tried on two different devices. One course doesn't want to accept my password although it's the only one that I had. It also will not download the Employee Hand book of Rules and Regulations. I know that it's not my device because they download everything else. Yes, This app definitely could use some work.
