Ratings and reviews

piece of junk. requires you to reset you pin number at least once a month, sometimes twice. Doing so is a 5 minute process and you don't know when it will happen. So good luck clocking in late on those days. also the when typing in the pin number it doesn't recognize that you pressed a number half the time so you miss one and have to redo the whole thing. many other broken things with app. worst app a company could force us to use.

Garbage app. If you are able to navigate this convoluted app, when you finally find the thing you're looking for like your w-2, it just spins and doesn't ever open the w-2 form. Anytime I try to access what I need through the app I end up having to wait until I get to work and access it there. I don't know why I can't login from home through a computer. I'd be fine downloading what I need to my phone then emailing myself but this company's too lazy. 1 year later, no fixes.

Structure is not intuitive. There are sections for pay, benefits, and benefits and pay, which makes finding pay stubs hard. There are also sections for time tracking and absence. There is a career hub app, career app, a jobs hub, recruiting, careers, and an opportunity marketplace. It also asks if I want to sign in with biometrics and the next time I sign in, it says my fingerprint expired and I need to use my password. Useless.
