The Yahoo App is finally working again on my phone for the first time since Mid-March of this year. I'm not sure what the issue was. The only way I could read my Yahoo emails was through a browser, either Firefox or Duck Duck Go. I use the network FirstNet by AT&T for First Responders. The problem must have been issues between the FirstNet provider network and Yahoo itself and it's taken 6 months to resolve it. Thank you for the fix! It's been a long time coming.

What was quick and a good app that I've used for 10+yrs has now become very very slow on a S10 phone all updated software etc. You have to refresh constantly even after storing an email in a folder so it's visible, its just not the yahoo it used to be.
