About this app

Interval Timer is a simple, colorful workout timer for HIIT, Tabata, circuit training and any workout built from rounds of work and rest. It is an interval timer you can actually read mid-set: no account, no sign-up, and every timer feature free.

Set your series, train time and rest time, then press start. Big numbers and a full-screen color for every phase mean you can read the timer from across the room, mid-burpee, without reaching for your glasses.

BUILD ANY WORKOUT
- Repeat blocks you can nest, for rounds within rounds
- Custom phases, each with its own name, color, sound and vibration
- Drag and drop to reorder phases, blocks and saved timers
- Save workouts as presets and start them in one tap
- Share a timer with a friend through a link

TRAIN WITH THE SCREEN OFF
A colored notification keeps counting while the phone is in your pocket: current phase, time remaining, and quick pause, stop and skip controls, with a heads-up alert at every phase change. Nothing stops when the screen does.

A REAL WEAR OS APP
Not a remote control. Build and run interval timers on the watch itself, with an ongoing activity on your watch face and a vibration at every phase change, so you can train with your phone put away. Presets sync between phone and watch.

MADE FOR
- HIIT and Tabata workouts
- Circuit training and CrossFit style WODs
- EMOM and AMRAP rounds
- Boxing, MMA and jump rope rounds
- Running and cycling intervals
- Kettlebell, dumbbell and bodyweight sets
- Stretching, mobility and yoga holds
- Physio and rehabilitation exercises
- Meditation and breathing intervals
- Pomodoro study and focus sessions

ONE TIMER, EVERY SPORT
As a HIIT timer it counts work and rest for you so you never check the clock mid-round. As a Tabata timer the classic 20/10 for eight rounds is two taps away, and you can save it as a preset. As a boxing round timer it calls three-minute rounds with a minute between them, and warns you before the bell. As a gym timer it keeps your rest between sets honest instead of letting a set turn into a scroll. As a circuit timer it walks a whole station-by-station circuit with a named phase for each move. As a running interval timer it counts your sprint and recovery intervals out loud so you can keep your eyes up.

QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK
Does the interval timer keep running with the screen off? Yes. The workout keeps counting in a notification, and alerts still fire at every phase change.
Can I build a Tabata timer? Yes. Set 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 8 sections, and save it.
Can I use it as a round timer for boxing? Yes. Set the round and rest lengths you box, and give each phase its own sound.
Does it work on my watch? Yes. There is a full Wear OS app that builds and runs timers on the watch itself.
Do I need an account? No. Nothing to sign up for and nothing collected about your workouts.

FREE, WITH NO CATCH
Every timer feature is free. Interval Timer Pro removes the ads and supports an independent developer - it never takes away a feature you were already using.

No account. No sign-up. Nothing collected about your workouts.

This app is excellent, finally I found a sequential timers app with a solid design and clean integration with my Galaxy Watch. The only and I mean THE only and very important sugestion I make (and the reason for not giving it 5 stars... yet) is the inability to change the sorting order of the saved timers. I'm constantly changing the priority and or creating new routines (timers) and for me that's a MAYOR drawback, since I have to delete all and make them from scratch if I want a certain order

Seems like one of the best option for a CPR timer for Wear OS 3 at the moment. Simple and seems to do what it says. No extra useless fluff, I like that. I would like to see an infinite repeat (sections) option, the ability to rename the 2 timers and to have it display the current time on the watch app while running. I like the audible and haptic alarms and the 2 timers having different colours. Can't comment yet on battery consumption, will update when I have more info on that.

What’s new

New:
- A Settings tab: sound, countdown, screen and appearance in one place, plus a bottom navigation bar.
- Choose how many seconds are counted out at the end of a phase, and with which sound.
- The finish alert now repeats until you stop the timer. Pick its sound, vibration and colour.

Fixed:
- Tapping the workout notification opens the workout.
- Wake screen on transition now works on phones.
- A crash on launch on some devices.
