This is the worst experience. The tracker wouldn't recognize my wifi when I stood right next to it. It wouldn't let me set up a GPS location. I had to reconnect the device to the charger to get it to blink, saved that wifi, but the app will not keep it. We left to go to lunch and I noticed it was no longer connected. I find out you have to be At YOUR WIFI for it to work! I tried to get GPS but they want you to pay every month in FULL for $98 a year! NO REFUND! SCAMMERS.

The fitbark app is great, lots of helpful information although it takes some getting use to and history (days of use) to understand some of the metrics, I. e. points. I am not that pleased with the hardware, it is a huge pain to remove the cover to charge it, and I like to change out collars, which is much more difficult with Fitbark than the whistle was. I would highly recommend coming up with a better attachment mechanism. This alone might push me to switch to something else

Pretty app design, unfortunately backed by an unreliable service. After a three-day outage due to a "scheduled maintenance", my pet's locations were very inaccurate. The tracker also began draining its battery in 24 hours. Techs made me jump through numerous hoops with resetting and updating, finally suggesting something is wrong "on server side" and asking me to delete the profile completely and create a new one. How was I supposed to track the history ofpet's activity? They don't seem to care.
