Not sure what is the problem now. I make repeated attempts at logging in and no matter how careful I am, I get the "name and password do not match" message. Even after a password change, forced on me when I was locked out of my account for repeated attempts to log in, it would not allow me to log in. Also, want to use your VPN to be safe? This app won't let you log in with VPN, or even without VPN it turns out. Then there is the weekend site maintenance which precludes mobile banking use.

I don't understand how the mobile deposit has not been improved over the years. Every picture I take of my checks it always says that it's blurry or that I have to retake them. Auto capture almost never works and even when it does the pictures are blurry even though I'm holding the phone perfectly still. I just tried depositing a check and after three attempts I gave up. Complete garbage.

Once you log in, the app is very organized and simple. But the huge fault the app has is the ability to log in. I have never needed to update my password for a while. Becu app doesn't require a password update like some other apps. Witch means you get to stick to a password you remember. But the memory you have doesn't matter because the app doesn't recognize the password. So, every 10 days, I have to call in and confirm I remember the account login info. And every time I call I remember
