I have tried all of the recommendations, but I cannot sync the watch to the app, which makes it completely useless. Having reset the watch to factory settings according to the help suggestions, I now can't even use the watch to tell the time. The phone is finding the watch, and my Bluetooth can pair with it, but the app won't sync with the watch. Really disappointing.

At first, it was great. Now the connection drops constantly. It seems to be when the phone goes to lockscreen even though I have followed all the instructions to keep the app running in the background. The advice given for the Samsung doesn't show the same topics as on my Samsung settings so the model of the phone may be the issue but there has definitely been an update with a glitch as most people who review are having issues.

Notification settings in the app needs improving. Instead of 'others' it needs to list all the apps. I want doorbell notifications, but if I activate 'other' it sends random system notifications all the time. Also needs intelligent DND mode when screen is on or person is sleeping. - Wish it was more like the Zepp app. Notifications also come slower & are less reliable & app freezes and crashes periodically - despite having every permission under the sun.
