Note: this release doesn’t officially support Android 10.

Lawnchair 2 uses the Device Administrator permission to lock the screen when a selected gesture is detected. This is optional and disabled by default.

I've been using this launcher for years but it's been lagging for several months now, shutting down unexpectedly, not responding, widgets not working properly, etc. I believed it was my phone, from 2019, that was not working as expected but I've just got the new Pixel 8a and it was working fine for a few days but now I have the same issues as before. I'm doing my research to sadly move on to the next launcher. I really hope they can update the app and fix the bugs, it was a great app

Recently a bug started occuring where the home screen would be frozen until you turn off and on the screen. As the app hasn't been updated for years, I'm not hoping for a fix here and I'm going to use a different launcher. I'm surprised that this launcher still worked so long despite being unmaintained. It was good while it lasted.

Taking away a star because of a simple issue that's driving me crazy: if you set the desktop layout to dimensions that aren't 1:1 (i.e trying to set it to 6x5) it will later set itself to a 1:1 ratio (5x5 or 6x6). Please fix it, it's really annoying. Other than that, great launcher! It works well and has very good customizability. One feature that would also be nice is a "pull-up" dock like in the Microsoft launcher (instead of 2 rows showing at all times, it shows 1 and you swipe up for more)
