I watch a colour tv channel show that show name is parineeti... whenever i watching after sometime it's stopped and no matter how many times i tried it's not playing after that moment..even i uninstalled app and downloaded many times but .. it can't be helped..i am not able to watch full episode after that moment when that's stopped..i don't understand why but that's bad thing ...i hope you will manage that issu as soon as possible

I've been trying to watch a channel however it does not go post the loading screen. Would let you select a channel but it would just show that the screen is loading. I've tried uninstalling and installing again however no change. All my jio apps are updated but still no change.

I did not like their service at all. Earlier it used to run fine but now if I open any show of the previous day, it runs for a maximum of 8 minutes and then never-ending ads start, it was so irritating. Please give a solution for this as soon as possible
