I am writing to provide feedback regarding the Jio Caller Tune service. Overall, I have found the service to be reliable and convenient, but I have a few suggestions that could enhance the user experience further. Firstly, I appreciate the extensive library of songs and personalized caller tune options available. It's impressive to have such a vast collection to choose from.

It took a long time ordering things as the app has menus , sub menus and each section to scroll takes much time on mobile. Maybe it different experience on laptop, I don't know. It wasn't difficult to navigate. U have filter option to choose each item's price, brand, category & discount. But it's not accurate. I paid by credit card and I got some discount in the end. Let's hope delivery will come & on time. Again they don't mention time of day it's going to be delivered.

Highly annoying promotional messages on text and WhatsApp. They send that from different numbers too. No option to stop that. Had complained about this with the customer care earlier, but no solution on the same. Absolutely not worth taking their services. Edit - their live chat is a useless bot which doesn't understand anything and their voice support takes you to the settings but the setting changes don't work, it just can't save the changes in any option. Just like their broadband connection!
