After the latest update, it stays stuck on "Verifying Profile" immediately when opening the app. I reported the problem via the email address, but they seem to be taking weeks to investigate. Disappointed. Not buying any Roccos in the meanwhile, because I can't claim my loyalty points while the app is broken. No point in the loyalty at all in that case. PLEASE FIX.

No disrespect to the restaurants because your burgers are topnotch, however the app is terribly buggy. It is impossible to navigate, certain menu options don't work.

Thanks to Yolandi Theron, completed our order with her own transport after uber did not deliver everything. And uber ignored our call. 5/5 to Yolandi and Rocomamas with great food and service. No to ubereats from now on
