Ratings and reviews

The app itself is generally good, but you are paying for convenience when using it rather than any value on the meals themselves. They are actively deceptive with some specials, such as the recent "2-for-1" offers, where buying the offer is close to the full price of two meals (less than 20% off). I did bring this to their attention as I assumed it was a mistake, but instead of correcting it, they just told me that they "recommend reviewing the items in your cart before checking out".

The app itself is very clear and easy to navigate and there's usually something new and fresh to see. Promos and coupons are always good!! However, I understand the risks and such in doing so but it would help so much if there was an option to pay cash on delivery. It gives you the option of COD but then won't allow me to do this. This is very frustrating and creates loss of businrss. I'm having this issue with most of the delivery apps....

Good app. The only inconvenience I have is that I can no longer track the driver and just have to wait outside until the driver arrives. I feel the app needs an update in order to fix this. When I select items on pick n pay, the app puts different items in my cart. If I go to the description of items, it also displays descriptions of items that I didn't select instead of the ones I am trying to view.
