Ratings and reviews

The drivers are always friendly but the HO staff and query resolution is terrible. The aim is to close the query not resolve it. Also you can't find notifications that pop up on your phone on the actual app to read it. I need to find another delivery app.

Annoying ads constantly popping up despite having disabled promotions in settings. Even while checking out... Broken modals that show blank screens or scroll for four extra blank space pages. You can't monitor your GROCERY delivery without going to the RESTAURANT tab, even though you started the order on the GROCERY tab. No way to communicate products being unavailable via the app post order. In-store search completely breaks after second input. No easy way to reorder prior products.

Had a slight issue with the app but it was quickly resolved and they communicate effectively and quickly. I ordered again and I'm satisfied. I'm simply updating my current dissatisfaction with the app not working in Chiawelo. I thought it would be my last hope since Uber eats has become a shadow of it's former self. I'll go up when it starts delivering in chiawelo.
