Ratings and reviews

The app itself is generally good, but you are paying for convenience when using it rather than any value on the meals themselves. They are actively deceptive with some specials, such as the recent "2-for-1" offers, where buying the offer is close to the full price of two meals (less than 20% off). I did bring this to their attention as I assumed it was a mistake, but instead of correcting it, they just told me that they "recommend reviewing the items in your cart before checking out".

The app itself is very clear and easy to navigate and there's usually something new and fresh to see. Promos and coupons are always good!! However, I understand the risks and such in doing so but it would help so much if there was an option to pay cash on delivery. It gives you the option of COD but then won't allow me to do this. This is very frustrating and creates loss of businrss. I'm having this issue with most of the delivery apps....

Every time I've made a Pick n Pay order it takes 30-40 for them to even start picking items. Then it takes 20min for them to wrap up the order and then 20-30 more minutes for the order to get collected and then your order is already more than 40min later than the estimated delivery time and hasn't even been delivered yet. I understand if it happens once in a while, but it happens every single time. Not worth using
