The worst service l ever had compared to other platforms. Of you live outside Europe, dont even bother. They send you wrong items and instead of fixing their mistakes, they require you to do the work for them with a low-class complicated return policy. Save your time and money, its not worth it. Never again for me!

Orders from the wrbsite always come early. Impressive service from the UK. However, I've ordered a maxi dress recently and when it finally arrived, it was a wrong dress. I was looking forward to wear the dress. Very disappointed. Sent back the item within the date and last checked 2 days ago. The item is still with the courier company, waited to get either a replacement for the same item or money back. Obviously gotta wait for more. Hopefully with the order purchased just now. My purchased items will arrive correctly.

The service used to be great but not anymore. I was following up for an order because it already passed the delivery date. Nobody wanted to assist me and was told to just wait for an email to come. I registered for the premium membership to receive express deliveries but the delivery didn't arrive. I asked for my order and for the membership to be cancelled but they told me if I read the T&C and was told that they cannot cancel the order. I felt like being scammed! THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER CENTRIC!
