Paid the full subscription for 7 days followed all troubleshooting tips and still the app doesn't work properly. It works 1 out of 5 times totally unreliable. Green gps light is on, everything looks like it's working but it doesn't work. At least not properly. To be fair, I requested a full refund and they refunded me fully, therefore I amended my one star to 4 star due to great customer service. P.S. It seems to have a problem with Huawei devices

Every day on my recent trip I had an issue where each time I opened Slopes it would ask if I wanted to resume or finish. This would end up doubling or tripling run totals. Also had major discrepancies in terms of speed and vertical between me and a friend on an iPhone...but that may be a hardware issue. I was also disappointed that none of my Oura data was integrated even though it's fully connected in Health Connect. It would be a great app if it worked as well as it does on iOS.

I like the stats that the app allows you to track but I just discovered that the apps polls my location every 30 min even when I haven't used it in 6 months. Edit: the developer response fails to adresse the issue. Of course you need my position to track runs (and I hope you are polling my location more the every 30 min or you'd miss runs) but why does it track my position when I have activited tracking? I'm currently in a bloody heatwave; I'm definitely not sking right now.
