I wasted one hour on this. The email link to register to the app will take you to the website where you have to click to go to the app. Unnecessary. A few times happened that by the time the email arrived the link was expired. When I eventually tried to fill in the registration in the app it would not allow me to fill in the password and confirm password, the keypad would appear and disappear. The online application on the web was at least working, now it takes you to this useless app.

Previously, my primary phone number in the system belonged to my former employer, which caused major issues for me—especially during visa cancellations and job transfers, as OTPs were sent to her and new employers couldn't reach me directly. Thanks to this app, I was able to update my personal mobile number smoothly and free of charge. Now my records are fully updated and secure under my own number. Thank you so much for this seamless service!
