Use pCloud Encryption as the vault for your passwords, financial reports or other sensitive documents. The files you upload to the Crypto folder will be protected with client-side encryption. This means that they will be encrypted before they get uploaded to pCloud. With pCloud's zero-knowledge privacy policy we, as a service provider, will not know what kind of data you store in the Crypto folder.

Ratings and reviews

Good cloud storage service, but poor user experience. No way to display all files by default when opening the app, you always have to go through the burger menu. The app is constantly annoying me with "Free up your phone storage" notifications... I don't want to use the auto-upload feature, stop bugging me about it. Feedback mails on that topic just get brushed off. Pushing a feature is one thing, but pushing it too much will push users away after all. Had to disable all notifications...

The android app does not reflect the latest changes I made on my cloud drive, namely, there is a mismatch between what I see when I access my pCloud account from the browser and from the app. Every time I open the app it keeps saying that some contents might be outdated and that my account is being updated, but it's been doing this for days. This is a deal breaker, since I keep very important documents that need to be up to date. Edit: logging out and then back in, resolves it hence 2/5

This provides a safe and secure cloud storage alternative. It comes with good mobile and desktop app for file management. But more and more I use I feel limited by the organizing tools especially for photos. I should be able to quickly find my photos by person, date and objects because I have uploaded tons of photos and I feel helpless when I am trying to look for specific photos. I am hopeful some AI features for photo sorting will be introduced for this would be very helpful.
