Ugh, the wait time for files to load is ridiculous. My connection is perfect, and I'm having no loading issues with other apps, but have to wait way too long for ACC app to get itself together. I'm not talking, like a 30sec delay, this is running into the minutes - and you cant switch tabs, because it takes you out of the file search, then you have to start again. After almost 10 minutes, 2 files loaded. *Outside of this, my experience with the app has been good, hence 3 stars*

Have to wait forever to bring up any photos. Can tell you have to be on the right "sync cycle" to see any of your photos/folders at all. Edited response: I only use the "Files" tab for viewing and sharing my work to Instagram. Nothing will show in there until I swipe across to the other tabs in the hopes of "refreshing" the Files tab. If and when my folders show up in there, I have an equal amount of frustration with opening the files/photos contained within. The thumbnails will often take entire minutes to load and sometimes an image will just not load until I've restarted my phone. This is the only app I have ever installed that has even close to this many problems and this is a PAID app!

Adobe Creative Cloud always has exceeded our expectations. We are a non-profit organization, growing organically, partly due to A. C. C. The learning curve is steep at times, but the support and online tutorials are superbly configured. I would consider my skills advanced, after 2+ years of part-time use.
