I want to use the aia vitality part of the app but every time I go to use the 25% off garmen devices it doesn't work. I have tried all of the products and none of them have been discounted. When I email them they just respond saying there is an error in the app and to try again in a week. The only reason the app is getting 2 stars is because it's really easy to see your super balance. Other than that the app is pretty useless.

Easy to track super details but AIA is lacking in so many ways: it's a mess right now; information and links everywhere, feels disorganised, sometimes fitness details won't load, doesn't feel cohesive. Makes it very hard to stay on track with the fitness stuff when it's so frustrating to use. Happy to rate 5 stars if AIA Vitality gets a much needed update!

This app won't open. It recognises my fingerprint or pass code and then it pops up saying opps something went wrong. I have four vouchers in there I'd like to use. Also the vitality fit thing where we have to score points for a $5 voucher has now made it so I now have to do double the number of points in order to get t making it near impossible. These things alone are enough to make me switch super. Really frustrating.
