As others have stated. When using the app on my Android, you can't get past that first page. It keeps loading, so it's absolutely useless. I'm now also being charged the $9.99 a month for afterpay plus. I don't use afterpay enough to warrent that, so it looks like I'll have to log in on my Pc to rectify that. After logging in on the Pc, I ended up having to close my account as there doesn't seem to be any way of reversing afterpay plus. Congratulations, you've lost my business.

Have been using afterpay for years, always paid off my payments before they were due, and worked my way up the rewards ladder so I could get the no upfront payment benefits. Well, I went to use afterpay to buy concert tickets for my friends, and with no warning, I'm charged the first payment. Confused, I googled and discovered they've removed the rewards system, so all my progress is gone and we now have to pay the first payment upfront. What is the deal with this???

Really the worst app I have ever had to use. It takes an hour to do something that should take 10 seconds. Terrible, failure of an app. Boooo! This app is as good as useless. Slow, sometimes the pages just don't even load and the app completely crashes and won't even let you exit out of it simply by swiping. If a page does load seems to take about 3 minutes by that time you've lost interest.
