Every time they release a new version, they introduce something bad. At first, this app was the best, but then it became creating copies from each PDF file you try to highlight, a practice that consumes your phone's memory. Now, it's a pain in the neck. You can't just highlight the text and select Highlight from the drop-down menu. The menu doesn't exist anymore. You have to do the process in reverse. First, hit an icon on the left, choose Highlight, and then select the text. Really annoying.

Has become worse and worse over years. All kinds of pop-ups and banners ("welcome page", "generative summary" etc.) come to clutter the page and make me loose time everytime I want to read a file. PDF is a free technology. It should be readable in a simple way, without an account, AI or ads. Any app that cannot offer that is not a good PDF app.

Hi Florent! Sorry to hear about your experience 😢. These pop-ups are meant to highlight tools, but we understand your frustration. Could you please share more details on when and how often they appear? The more we know, the better we can improve your experience. Thanks! ^VK

For about the past week I can't open any documents, it takes me to a page to sign up for the paid version, I click on the cross and it takes me out of the document. Same thing happens when I try to reopen again. I do have the free version but it even says I should be able to read documents. Also been unable to save documents to Onedrive for about 1 year. Everytime I try to it says error saving document.

Hi Erin! Sorry to hear that. Viewing PDFs is free in Acrobat. If you're seeing an upgrade prompt, feel free to skip it. Opening other format files is a premium feature. For the OneDrive issue, please share a screen recording of the workflow with our developer at [acrobat-android-support@adobe.com] so we can investigate better. Thanks! ^VK
