Absolutely terrible experience. I haven't logged into my account in 3 years. I went through the verification process, successfully passed the facial recognition scan, and submitted my documents—only for them to continuously reject my documents without clear cause and abruptly terminate my account for supposedly "violating terms of use." I did nothing wrong other than trying to regain access to my own account. Customer verification system is completely broken and unfair.

Can't get in! After adding your login details there's an option to have an activation code sent to your phone or email but after receiving it the app won't let me submit it, therefore I'm stuck and can't get into the bloody app! Pretty fundamental process to get right surely... Can't get in, can't spend money. I've seen others have had the same problem.

(Reply here still to an old review). Another update that just makes things worse - turning off tap to fill price in preferences still doesn't work, turning off confirmations/warnings in pref doesn't work, still can't press back to go back just exit, alerts button now a pain to tap quickly, app very power and memory hungry, some transaction notifications do but most randomly never come through despite all settings correctly being on for same coin, holdings never update until manually refreshed
