My experience has been the polar opposite of what I get on PC. Sometimes I wonder if the mobile and desktop apps are developed by 2 different companies. Sometimes, "catching up" takes too long, even when on a solid connection. Sometimes, I answer a call and it disconnects shortly after. This is the big one - when I answer a call, audio defaults to earpiece but I get no audio whatsoever. It takes extra tap(s) to either turn video off or switch to speaker. Same experience on both iOS and Android.

Inbound calls; sometimes it rings, sometimes it doesn't. Answering calls; sometimes it connects, but more often it doesn't. Outbound calls; app tells you it's ringing the dialled number but often the receiving caller's phone doesn't ring at all. (We've tested it numerous times) Overall; useful tool on the rare occasion that it works as intended. Unfortunately it rarely works.

I'm a host and want to reschedule my meeting. My laptop has run out of charge. I've tried almost all WebEx apps available. None of them allow me to edit. Why are there so many apps and how are they different?? Why none of them allow the host to edit a meeting? I have found this very disturbing on the desktop app as well. You can't do everything on the desktop app and you have to visit the browser. What kind of logic is this? And there are syncing issues as well. Enough and more for confusion.
