The DMSS app can enhance your security management efficiency. You can watch real-time surveillance videos and play them back anytime, anywhere, via Wi-Fi or cellular networks. If a device alarm is triggered, DMSS will immediately push an instant notification to you.

worked perfectly in the beginning but in 2025, always fails to connect to the network when im out. I get alerts but cant check the camera and the alerts are delayed by up to 10 minutes sometimes, including when I'm home. one year later and still intermittent. works fine when at home but when out, difficult to access... gets to 95% and fails and service is fine

1. Few tips are added on each screen. You need to tap on them before you can do anything. same tips are shown every time you visit any page. there is no way to stop or clear the tips. 2. when watching recorded video, it is quickly loads up to 90% and but then keep on loading for a long time before reaching 100%. 3. The first 3 or 4 seconds of the video is always skipped when watching event videos. The apps re-downloads the whole video if you go back to watch any part of the video.

The worst camera app set up. If you want something that works DO NOT GET THIS!! Beyond stupid, connection problems every 2 seconds, frustrating and a waste of money. Good luck getting the app to actually show you your camera.... Update - 3 years later with all the updates this app is still unbearably slow, 9/10 times won't load on mobile, and when it does some cameras show and others are still pending. They are useless as security but great at making your expensive cameras ornamental
