Ratings and reviews

the video is very patchy and grainy, if it loads at all. It takes way too long to open and load the video, which sometimes stays as a still image until you play it through several times. Then it might load, but it will still be patchy and grainy. The images look like abstract paintings. I bought the top of the line doorbell thinking it should be good. All I got was disappointed and frustrated with a doorbell that goes flat quick, takes forever to charge, is slow to respond and poor video quality

I had the Ring setup for about a year, was constantly taking a while to load up to view the cameras, the Batteries don't last long before having to charge, and then needing to pay a ongoing fee to see saved footage has now seen me move to a different brand of setup. Much better options out there now that requires no on going fees, and faster link up.

We have had the Ring for a few years now, the experience is average at best. It was a gift so not something we chose. The app seems ok but is slow to respond to someone at the door, by the time you answer it they are already walking away. The camera battery is very slow to charge. Since the last update it won't stay online. So we are thinking of replacing it with another brand.
