App will sometimes break my cellular data, my data symbol will flash off and on until it completely quits working, then it will sometimes take over a half hour for my data to work again, an app should never do this, completely inexcusable. App also has issue loading my doorbell camera and will sometimes take multiple tries to get it to work, and on top of that now shows ads on the homepage rather than just all my devices. Kasa app was far better.

The camera never really goes back to a saved viewing angle. If you have motion tracking on, it forgets where to go back to and ends up looking toward the wall. If it's raining, your phone will be blowing up all day with movement alerts from the rain. Using the app to view past events is quite annoying and hard to find what you're looking for. If you give another device/person access then the app might say you are over the device limit and just stop working. I returned the camera over this.

worked fine on my iPhone. Android not so much. when it works it does what it's supposed to and the picture is nice. The connection is sketchy. Sometimes it pops right up other times you wait and wait and wait some more. My other devices connect perfectly. I can't even watch the saved videos on the card. I guess you get what you pay for
