worst app ever! takes forever to load live streams or alerts, if they even load at all, and constantly gives error message claiming the network is unstable even though every other app on my phone works fine and has not trouble connecting to the network! I'm so annoyed I'll never buy another Tapo product and might throw this in the trash! pointless having a camera if you can't ever see anything with it!!

Huge delay in notifications! Someone will come to my door and it may be 2 hours later I get a notification! I'll get notifications when there is nothing there. I've made so many adjustments and they still go off. Not to mention the batteries drain so fast! I bought these because of the Ring monthly monitoring cost. Huge mistake! I will be reinstalling my Ring doorbell and cameras because they were very, very reliable and the picture was so much better!

I would give 5 ⭐, but clip recordings are lagging bad! I tried to view the recent motion clip, but it will show me an old clip that was hours ago and I can't view the recent clip! I don't know if it was due to the recent update because previously, it was working great. Now when I need to view a clip, it's not available. Also when someone rings the doorbell, I won't get a notification until like 5-7minutes later. If needed for an emergency, that is not good!
