I have outdoor cameras at multiple properties and there is a pop up every 5 minutes "You have viewed the live video for 5 minutes without any operation. Continue the viewing?" It's extremely annoying. Would be 5 stars if I didn't have to constantly press continue. Rain/snow/fog causes false trips. Adjusting the sensitivity doesn't help so many things can be missed due to weather. Camera must be under a large awning to minimize the false triggers. Great for observation but not security.

App used to work ok. Now I passionately hate it. Huge delays in notifications and videos either take forever to load or they don't load at all. I use sd cards and sometimes my history won't ever load. I've tried everything, like rebooting cameras, restarting and reinstalling the app, and new sd cards. It happens on about half my cameras (I have 10). I still get notifications and live video on them so they're still sort of working. Highly recommend not buying these cameras.

Automation is very limited. They SERIOUSLY need to add an option you turn on Home mode and Away modes automatically based on the time of day. As of right now, the only way to turn them on is manually, or with geo fencing, which requires you give it unlimited access to your location on your phone which kills your phone battery. please add this option and i will update my review 🙏
