I can't even get past the log in page. They give you a security puzzle that is time consuming to get through and majority of the time it says you failed and the end of it. If you happen to to eventually pass it, it takes you back to the log in page and the vicious cycle happens again! I just want to spend money and buy games! This needs to be rectified now

Very laggy with message delays. Doesnt properly display friend list to show if online or not. Imagine having a 2 step verification, changing your number, then trying to sign back in. backup codes are on a destroyed device, then it's impossible getting in contact with Playstation. terrible customer service, they avoid you on purpose by hiding contact information.

This app is an absolute nightmare to sign into if you've done the right thing and protected your account with a passkey. The only way is to sign into my account on my PC, which is in another room and switched off, or even in another country when travelling. This, combined with the fact that it doesn't stay logged in (WHY?!), makes the app pretty much useless. Passkeys are supposed to make secure logins frictionless, but neither Sony nor Nintendo seem to grasp this. Rubbish.
