Not a good experience. Hard to navigate. Eventually got blocked for not verifying my identity, despite having added funds from 2 different bank accounts in my name. Verification process does not work wasting my time and culminating in a 15minute wait time on the phone to get my money back. Will go back to buying the occasional ticket when I walk by a newsagent. Will probably save money that way too.

A shockingly bad app. Fingerprint access no longer works and, despite using the correct login details, I constantly get the message "oops something went wrong, please try again later". I have had to delete and reinstall this app 3 times now. How difficult can it be to fix these constant issues.

The "Use Fingerprint" option does not work. Many users have already reported this, but you just ignore them. This is still an issue that needs to be fixed. Wake up and listen to your users. I cleared my cache and data, still issues. I uninstalled and reinstalled but again still the same issue. Fix the damn issue once and for all, please, we're begging you.
