Latest update seems to have broken something. Takes a few minutes to log into the app, and even then, many things don't work, e.g. Lock status is unknown. Mostly does what I need but it's lacking features I'd expect. The app has the ability to control the lock, basic climate preconditioning, and checking the charging status. Hoping for more functionality to be (re)introduced. After 2 years, the app is still pretty basic, unfortunately. Quite a disappointment, really.

Update 30jun24. Connection issues have subsided but not sure why. I'm unable to identify which car is selected because they are both XC40. Extra annoying when sending Google maps route to a car - no idea which one I've sent it to. Let us as add a nickname for the car. App is extremely slow to start up. Dealer says that's just the way it is. Not good enough. I don't use any other app which is slower including all my financial institutions. Needs the ability to see when last connected.

It's quite a good app but it needs some more features. I have none of the issues described - I think that most are probably due to the car being out of range of the cell phone network. One obvious missing feature is the ability to set the maximum charge percentage remotely, along with the time schedule - which works well.
