Ratings and reviews

I don't even know where to begin. Completely disregarded my preferences (looking for a place in BROOKLYN and almost every single apartment it "matched" me to was in NEW JERSEY) and has no option to see all available units or to have it more strictly adhere to your preferences. Because it's a tinder-style swipe thing, I gave up after swiping through almost 20 apartments, NONE of which even remotely in my location. It's probably not a bad app if you're super flexible about... well, everything.

I've used this app many times and generally like it. It's convenient in how it presents community options according to one's preferences and allows one to narrow down their faves, maybes, and their rejections. It then creates a short list of those preferred options. However, it has major bugs recently... none of the links I receive in my notifications actually open the app; and when I try saving my personal information, it keeps closing the app and no info can be saved. This is super annoying!

I like the app because you can save things and not have a bunch of windows open, but there were two things I didn't like about the app. 1. it asks you if you would like the apartment to contact you, I said no because I'm not moving for several months. I have been contacted by every apartment I looked at. 2. it asks you for a budget, but lots of people are flexible with their budget. if I picked a certain budget it wouldn't let me see any other floor plan. I had to do it myself through a browser
