If you want an app that makes it harder than it needs to be with zero support from the support team look no further this is the app for you. If I transfer in its within 30secs if you transfer out it's 3-5days. Reading the tutorials is useless and the desktop app is rubbish. The only thing it does well is low fees. I was hoping it was beginner woes but it's so bad a bank with low interest is better than this garbage

Basic app for investing (not so much trading). One big problem is that their P&L (when you close a position) is inaccurate on the go. It would also greatly help to make a simple and separate P&L display for each trade rather than aggregated figure (per ticker). So users can revisit their previous trades with ease. ergo, it's an app built for long-term investing rather than trading. Other than that, the UX and general app design is far better than other apps. Easy on the eyes.

Don't do it!!! Worst platform ever. You have to put in your password for every trade and you go through the whole process only to have them say they won't allow you to trade that stock. Couldn't trade the 3 stocks I wanted to buy so I decided to close the account. Can't get my money out because they won't deposit to chime but they were happy to take a deposit from chime. This is a scam.
