Prices change when you reach checkout! I’ve had this happen more than once with the Samsung Shop app. The app shows me one price after selecting the product, discounts and trade-in, but when I get to the payment page, the price suddenly increases. Most recently, a Galaxy Watch purchase showed $118, only to become $150 when I reached the payment page. I previously had a similar experience while trying to purchase a phone for a family member with a trade-in.

Update: Although customer support initially said it was a glitch, and they could not do anything about it, I was able to try my purchase again through the desktop website, and eventually get the deal back right. Changed from 1 to 3 stars, since I was able to eventually get the deal. But no higher rating due to customer support being no help. Happy with the watch though. Was given a $60 instant savings deal on a Galaxy Watch 9. Then they took the deal away, claiming it was a glitch.

I had repetitive errors while trying to process my order. On the website, as well as a notification in my app, there was a promotion offered that did not process correctly. I attempted the chat option, they couldn't help and referred me to order support. I attempted 3-5 different phone calls seeking assistance to facilitate the order with the correct promotion. Every time I was informed that they could not help. I even asked for a supervisor, to be told that one would call back. never did!
