It was great for a while, but recently, I don't know if it was an update or what, if I have the browser pulled up, but my phone in standby mode for a while (around 15 minutes) it just randomly pulls up a new tab. It wouldn't even be a big deal if I didn't have over 100 tabs open because I'm bouncing between different things I'm reading. (No new tabs have been opened in the last month. This just started about 2 weeks ago.) Until the issue is resolved, I'll be leaving it at 1 star.

Not happy! Can no longer use the browser after updating to the latest 3.6.2 version. Opens to a all white screen then crashes immediately and says adblock has stopped. Tried reinstalling, restarting my phone and nothing works. Was my go to browser. Using an older Samsung Galaxy S7 phone but it says it's still compatible with my device in the store page and I have Android OS 8 so seems like a bug in the update missed for older phones. I hope you see this and can fix it.

So far this is the best one. It's not perfect, though I feel it used to be. It must be a constant race between developers working to block more ads and websites working to get more ads to slip through the filters. Edit 9/18 This app hasn't blocked youtube ads in over a month. I hope its fixed soon and I can edit this rating. Edit 11/18/2024. Its fixed again. 5 stars.
