Ratings and reviews

Please do not expect long term work, frequent work, and decent pay. If that's what you're looking for, other delivery companies would be a better option. Shipt is not forgiving. Customer Service sucks, and they cancel your orders without explanation. I just traveled 45 min for a shop, and they pulled the order as I was arriving for no apparent reason. It happens all the time. Such a waste of time and fuel. Get a few bucks and get out!

I actually really liked this app to start with. it's better than others on showing exactly what you would be shopping for and where it would be delivered. However, my on-time slipped below 90% (due to multiple factors such as additional requests from customers) and I got an email telling me that it was below 90% and that I could do a course to increase my score. Less than 24 hours later, they deactivated my account. I have high customer ratings, have been requested as a preferred shopper by many

I was approved for shipt months ago. I don't even know how many months ago (after being on the waitlist foreve), but it was awhile ago. I haven't taken a single order. The pay and miles are so horrible it's not even funny, and I thought instacart was bad. They want you to shop for 10 to 30 items and drive 8 miles for 9.00. I would rather just not work at all. All the gig apps are trash these days, but this one takes the cake. I'll probably end up deleting it.
