The desktop version is way better and easier to use. I don't understand why they are so different from each other. Also, why does the mobile app not get a notification when a customer confirms a job. It does not show anywhere in the app that the job is confirmed. That really makes productivity slow by having to jump between the app,desktop, or contacting the customer to check that a job has been confirmed. Plus, it's very restricted due to it expensive plans/ packages.

2024 Update: App still struggles anywhere without a perfect network connection, constantly hangs instead of reconnecting, no feedback on what is happening except for loading icon and generic error messages. Jobber people: app needs to keep cached data between restarts. App needs to function without a constant network connection (start/stop timers etc) Bottom line, don't expect this SAAS to work well for you if you don't live in a big city.

The app locked me out and will not let me back in. It directs me to login page on browser, then once the login is complete, direct me back to the app where, after a few seconds, it show an error message stating that something went please try again later... I have tried for about a week now to get back in. UPDATE 09/17/24: I un-installed the Jobber App waited a day (not sire if the waiting period made a difference) and then reinstalled the Jobber App. The first login attempt was successful.
