My team loves the app. Its very easy to use. Some extra add-ons and follow up features wold help the over all software. Other then that its a pretty mint service. Ohh and the support team is top notch.
Used to be a faster way to mark jobs complete en mass, but now it doesn't work to mark any jobs complete. Tech support tried, but all they came up with was it's a "device specific problem". Now invoicing takes me 2-3 times longer because there's no comparable feature on the web version.
Lots of bugs. Strong lte or wifi connection and i still get the "try again" message every time i open the program. Forced to reinstall once to twice weekly. Boss is fed up.
The app is unstable. It freezes very often. This afternoon I'm suddenly eternally offline, so I'm stuck being unable to use the app for the job I'm currently completing. Uninstalling doesn't fix it. No response from help center. My contractors are so frustrated, they've stopped using it. I am looking for a new program.
My field staff use this app every workday. I can schedule and route them from the mobile web and follow them as they clock in and out with the app, read their notes and they start invoices for me to follow up with. I mostly use mobile web version where i send invoices, receive payment and make deposits. I'm loving jobber
I am having problems logging on my mobile and considering i need to be able to see where my next job is this app is not helpful

Is your client not ready to sign off on it yet? Email your clients a quote through the Jobber App and they can approve or request changes through your online client hub.
