I don't know if it's the area I live in or what, but I have had multiple terrible experiences with this app. One was during a large concert and I thought, okay, they were just overwhelmed, but just now on a normal Saturday morning, I watched my driver drive right past me without even thinking of stopping and it was taking forever to find a new driver. Even when working well, wait times are very long even at the priciest option. Quicker and easier to bother friends for a ride.

For some reason, the app uses the ringtone volume on your phone to play music when a driver is assigned to your ride request. It should only use the notification volume to make sounds as it is not a phone-calling app. I have set all notifications from the app to be silent, but it still makes noise, which is something I cannot allow on my phone. Please fix it to use the notification volume like all non-phone apps are required to do

The app has gotten better with rides. However, it lacks the problem of reporting any bugs. The app doesn't alert me when a driver arrives. When i close the app and reopen it, it will tell me a driver is and has been waiting for me. I nearly missed some of my rides. Normally ride to and from work is $6/7 but recently spiked over $30, it is bad
