Ratings and reviews

when trying to use the chat feature, the text and related buttons are underneath the navigation bar, meaning you can't really interact with the buttons or edit the text you're entering. while typing you can't even see what you're typing. my nav bar is clear so I can sort of see something underneath. this makes the chat sort of useless to ask a question.

Easiest, most stress free way to shop for glasses. I have been wearing glasses for years. I always buy them in store. I always feel like I'm getting ripped off, rushed, and limited to horrible choices. I love that I can try any pair on virtually, and there are so many pairs of frames and lenses to choose from! I will update when my first pair arrives.

This app used to be great, but now it barely works. Everything loads super slow if it loads at all, it doesn't seem to register most of my inputs, when I finally went to checkout it kept saying "cart updated, reload" no matter how many times I reloaded, and everytime it reset my address and payment info. I finally just went online to checkout which worked fine, so i know its not my device or my internet connection. If I didn't have store credit I would have given up and ordered from elsewhere.
