Ratings and reviews

App only works about 50% of the time (if that) and is generally pretty slow to update even when it is working. Have gotten mail notifications (dated two weeks prior) before the app updated on multiple occasions. Have to get on the website to file claims anyway, app only lets you check on the status of (some) claims that are already filed. Somewhat helpful for that if you're away from your computer but otherwise pretty useless.

Great when it works, but I swear they always find some way to break this app. The recent update is requiring me to upload a photo of my id. Cool, wouldn't mind that if the dumb app actually opened my camera! I can't even get in now because of this! They always have to find a way make it an actual pain to log in. Even if you use biometric, they reset everything and ask you to log in again. Please just fix this dumb app and leave it fixed!

I'm constantly having problems trying to login to my account. I keep getting bounced back to the sign-in page after entering all requested information, name, password, and then the security code texted to me. I hope that this glitch can be fixed sometime in the near future as the app is virtually useless to me right now.
