As you prepare for your vacation, download the ultimate cruise app! Available on all Carnival ships.

Use the Carnival HUB app to share your cruise countdown with friends, then explore and book shore excursions, spa treatments, drink packages and more (restricted for adults). When the time comes, you may also check-in and obtain your boarding documents.

As you board your ship, connect to Carnival’s Wi-Fi to view what’s happening, weather, dining menus and more! Onboard internet purchase is NOT required to use the Carnival HUB app.

Before your cruise:

Ratings and reviews

The overall use of the app was great on our cruise. It was helpful to have at hand the times for everything happening at anytime. However, after the first day the chat function stopped working for hundreds but not everyone on board. We went the remaining 6 days with no chat function for our family. Not everyone had wifi, so we weren't able to use other apps either once on sea. I still think there's some kinks to work out but overall the ease of the app and information it gave was wonderful!

Love being able to go paperless and stay connected with people I'm traveling with. Love all the information and capabilities the app offers. My only drawback is when texting it doesn't always send/receive the messages in a timely manner and sometimes it kicks you out, hence why maybe the text don't send/are received in a timely manner. Overall love the app!!! Great job Carnival! But there is room for improvement!
