As you prepare for your vacation, download the ultimate cruise app! Available on all Carnival ships.

Use the Carnival HUB app to share your cruise countdown with friends, then explore and book shore excursions, spa treatments, drink packages and more (restricted for adults). When the time comes, you may also check-in and obtain your boarding documents.

As you board your ship, connect to Carnival’s Wi-Fi to view what’s happening, weather, dining menus and more! Onboard internet purchase is NOT required to use the Carnival HUB app.

Before your cruise:

It was great while it was working. Able to message people in our group as no one had service on the boat. A great resource to see what was going on around the ship, look at pictures, etc. My friends and I got booted off the wifi constantly though. Not too bad though - just had to remember to reconnect often so we didn't miss messages from each other. This happened quite often.

The app was easy to use and had all the information I needed. I liked that you could look at the info on different ways. You could pull up a whole day's schedule by the hour or look at specific events and see when those were going on. The maps were easy to use, checking in for dinner was an efficient way so you weren't stuck standing at the host table waiting. Everything worked great.

The app was very useful on board and within a short distance from the cruise ship. You can setup your planner to get notifications and reminders of events, and you can even see what your fellow roomates/party members want to do from there as well. Unfortunately the account charge info is not retained in app; once you leave the cruise wifi, you either took the physical copy they gave or you need to request another electronic one. Would be more convenient for everyone if it was retained in app.
