Ratings and reviews

Sometimes the speed of data is low. In many places in Tacloban city data is gone at all, looks like there's no coverage over downtown. Mostly inside the buildings mobile data is not working. But we have no much choice and just keep using Globe. There is still much to grow to them and hopefully soon. Anyway thanks for your service.

For a first time user, it is so hard to navigate the app, i remotely manage the account of a senior citizen, so i am the one subscribing to promos for her, but i cannot find info on her active promo subscription, i can only see remaining data, etc. But seeing the active promo subscription is also important, include the expiry date and time. Also for the regular load, please include the time of expiry. You can check out the Smart app, it is better in terms of ease of use.

⭐⭐ Very frustrating experience. I needed to register for a promo because I was already on my way to work and running late, but the GlobeOne app kept showing that it was constantly updating. I couldn't even access the app properly to register for the promo when I needed it the most. I understand that app updates are necessary for improvements and bug fixes, but please schedule them properly and make sure customers can still access important services, especially when the app is being used to buy
