Ratings and reviews

The delivery charge is often higher than the actual product price, especially when ordering from multiple sellers. This feels extremely unfair and misleading especially when it says free shipping but doesn't give you free shipping. My shipping fees usually cost more than my entire cart 😭. Awful, it was not like this before not to mention the extra cash fee too????

They're slowly improving some of their shortcomings from last year. This year their return pick-up was unavailable in our area for over a month. Dishonest sellers sending wrong items is still an issue. But shipping charges are pretty good now, and the prices are, honestly, unbeatable. Overall I'd recommend it because you can buy a lot of different types of things at a lower price than local retail stores.

App is quick and quite user-friendly. I hope variety improves soon. However, the search engine leaves a lot to be desired (items don't pop up even if I found them on the web version). Also, unlike the web version, I cannot figure out how to go to the seller's store from a product description, which makes it harder to compile orders.
