Very disappointing delivery and extra charge policy! The delivery fee, platform fee, and cash handling fee on this app are often higher than the actual product price, making it impossible to buy small items. What is the point of a small discount or voucher when other fees end up taking more? These hidden charges should be reduced considering everyday buyers.

I have been trying to place an order for the past few hours and the problem is that even though my address is correct, it keeps showing this related issue. Apart from this, the option to select delivery from their designated location(nearest Post office) is also not appearing. The amount of time I spent on one order here, I could have placed ten orders on another platform in the same amount of time.

At the beginning, this platform was really good but day by day they are just reducing their quality. The shipping cost is very high. It's like for buying something of 1000tk you have to pay more 500 tk for shipping. By giving the order to pickup point, the shipping cost is reduced but They show that They have lots of Pick up point all over the Bangladesh but maximum of them doesn't show on the app. That's why we can't place our order to those points. I am really disappointed with Daraz.
